Geotechnical engineering involves exploration of the subsurface, laboratory testing of subsurface samples, engineering analysis, and development of recommendations for various types of projects.

Builder Services

Most of the foundations we design are Post Tension. Post-Tensioning is a method of reinforcing concrete, masonry, and other structural elements. Post-Tension slabs are a method of pre-stressing. Pre-stressed concrete or masonry has internal stresses induced into it in the construction phase to counteract anticipated external loads in its lifecycle.
